5 November 09 That night, Baby stayed over at my place as he accompained me for my health check up @ yishun polyclinic, health care centre, on the following day. 8 hours before check up NO FOOD FOR ME!! NO FOOD AFTER 10PM. F*** :( Baby was having his macdonalds, I just wanna to eat nuggets!! Too bad! :(
Well, brother signed up for MIO TV, Hehehe! Another entertainment for me! :D
Baby & I enjoyed the shows, free 3 months trial for over 300 over shows! :) Hee! BIG SMILE! *
6 November 09 Woke up as early as 6.50am and off to polyclinic with my empty hungry stomach, awwww~ :(
Duration of the check up around 2.5 hrs.
The nurse was friendly, she talked to me and suddenly told me that she wanna to draw 3 tubes of my blood, gosh! I did my best to relax myself when I saw the needle!!
Did biometric parameters,height and weight, body mass index,waist circumference,blood pressure and vision assessment.
Dr Soe talked to me for a period of time to know more about my full history and
complete my physical "examination".Did my ECG detect abnormal heart rhythms and conditions, haematology screen for haemoglobin, total white cells,total red cells, platelets, differential count and haematocrit. Lipid screen for total Cholesterol,HDL cholesterol,LDL cholesterol, cholesterol ratio & triglycerides. Diabetes screen & kidney function screen.
Dr Soe advised me not to screen for chest X-Ray due to some particular reasons.. So i have to go back in 3 weeks time for my xray again and some results will come out. Troublesome + tired...
After checkup Baby & I went back to my place again, I took a short one hour nap. Seriously when the alarm rang I am too tired to get up from my bag, my alarm disturbing me from my sleep Baby was sweet enough to take away my mobile and he went to living room to watch tv. :) Heehehe!
Went down to MOE to collect my 'O' level cert which being abandon there for a year or so. Haha. ~ Anw, its a fail cert, 2 credits only. haha!
Reached ToaPayoh around 2.40pm, argh left 20 min to have my lunch, quickly finish up my chicken rice and off to work. Dahhhhhhh......
Baby came and pick me up from work and we went to Marina Sq for dinner and movie.
